At Creston & District Credit Union we have an account just for you. Exclusive for members sixty years of age or better, in recognition of their contributions to the community and the credit union, Golden Accounts are designed to meet the unique needs of seniors at, or near retirement.
E-Statements are an electronic version of your hard copy mailed statement. When you choose to suppress your mailed statement, E-Statements reduce the risk of mail fraud and help protect the environment.
Note that all accounts that are not signed up for internet banking and have not opted into E-Statements, there is a $2/month statement processing fee (chequing account statements are produced monthly and savings account statements are produced every six months).
Log in to Online Banking to opt out of paper statements today, you may also call or visit the branch to make a change.

The Golden Plan 24 account is designed for saving with no minimum monthly balance requirement to earn interest.

Unless members have a very high volume of transactions, most services used by seniors are absolutely free.
