Term Loans

Term Loans are designed to give you the approved amount of funds only once.  Usually for a specific purpose, the term loan is repaid with a set payment over an agreed-upon period of time.

Secured Term Loan

With a secured term loan, you pledge (collateral) something of value to secure the loan.  The asset you pledge becomes a registered security of Creston & District Credit Union and can't be used as collateral to borrow anything else.  When the loan is repaid, the pledged asset is released by the credit union.

Unsecured Term Loans

Unsecured term loans require only your signature as security, your signature is your promise to pay.
